Insulate your compact L1H1 van properly, without unpleasant surprises.
The bare metal of a van creates thermal bridges: it radiates cold in winter, stores heat in summer, and encourages condensation. This Armaflex AF kit includes the quantities required for an L1H1 body size (Renault Trafic, Volkswagen T4/T5/T6, Ford Transit Custom, Fiat Talento, and equivalents), with a ready-to-install configuration.
What the kit contains
- Walls and ceiling: choose either 2 rolls of Armaflex AF 19 mm (12 m²) for the standard version, or 3 rolls of Armaflex AF 25 mm (12 m²) for enhanced insulation.
- Floor, pillars, and wheel arches: 1 roll of Armaflex AF 10 mm (10 m²), thinner and more flexible to follow contours.
- Joints and finishing: 2 rolls of Armaflex AF insulating tape, 15 m each.
- Preparation: 1 L of Armacell cleaner for cleaning surfaces before installation.

19 mm or 25 mm: which version should you choose?

Before installation, clean and degrease the metalwork with the supplied cleaner. Apply the Armaflex to a dry surface, then use the tape to treat the joints and limit thermal bridges.
