Where are your products shipped from?

Our stock is based in France (in Goussainville and La Courneuve) and shipped from France throughout Europe, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

For customers who wish to do so, we also offer order collection from our warehouses.

I can't find the brand of some accessories for Motorhomes and Campervans.

That's normal. Some of our products are direct manufacturer white-label items and are identical in performance and composition to equivalent products with a distributor brand.

How do I return my product?

You can initiate a return request directly from your order page, or contact our customer service and a return label will be issued to you. Simply drop off the item at the return point that will be provided to you.

How long does the shipping take?

Standard delivery usually takes between 6 and 10 days. Priority delivery is available within 5 to 8 business days for $4.
