The CURVE Top-hung window has dark-tinted double glazing that is curved (5,000 mm radius) to match the side walls of vans. ECE R43 approved, it fits walls from 30 to 55 mm thick. Delivered complete: blackout blind, fly screen and aluminium mounting frame included.

Choosing the right size

Reinforcements vary depending on the year and model: mark the cut-out on your wall and check that no reinforcement, cable or duct runs through it. If in doubt, send us a photo and we will confirm.

💡 Good to know: the interior finishing frame is mounted proud of the wall. It covers the cut-out edges without requiring additional space. Just check that no overhead cabinet or trim obstructs it inside.

Choosing the right model

Curved glazing or flat glazing?

• CURVE (this product page): the glazing follows the curve of the van side and sits flush with the bodywork. Ideal for Ducato, Boxer, Jumper, Master, Sprinter, Crafter, Transit and Transporter, from L1H1 to L4H3.
• SHADE or SQUARE: flat glazing, compatible with motorhomes, caravans and campervans (on a van side, the approximately 5 mm gap with the sheet metal is filled with Sikaflex). They are available in many more sizes than CURVE.

What you will need

• 1 tube of Sikaflex 265 per window
• 25 mm minimum-thickness timber battens or frame (recommended on panel vans)
• Jigsaw and cordless screwdriver

Allow approximately 1 hour for installation. Plan for two people to position the window in the cut-out and hold it while tightening the screws.

Q: Does my van have a 5,000 mm radius?
A: This is the standard radius of the sides of Ducato, Boxer, Jumper, Master, Sprinter, Crafter, Transit and Transporter models, from L1H1 to L4H3. If in doubt about an older or less common model, send us a photo of the side and we will check before you place your order.

Q: What is the difference compared with a flat-glazing window?
A: CURVE is curved to sit flush with the side of a van. Flat-glazing windows, SHADE or SQUARE, can also be installed on a campervan: the approximately 5 mm gap with the sheet metal is filled with Sikaflex. They are also suitable for the flat walls of motorhomes and caravans, and are available in many more sizes.

Q: Is it approved for road use?
A: Yes, ECE R43: installation is authorised without manufacturer approval in Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It complies with roadworthiness testing and VASP requirements.
