- Returns are requested through the online form, with photos of the product and packaging; you then receive the label and instructions.
- Flat return fee per parcel: €19 in France, €24 in Europe and the UK. Fridges over 60 L, windows over 120 cm, skylights over 70 cm and lithium batteries: returned by your own means, with tracking.
- Damaged parcel or faulty product: note reservations on delivery and contact us within 48 h with photos and your order number.
