Product Description:
The Pundmann 6-liter double resistance water heater is designed to offer a flexible hot water solution, with power supply options in 230V and 12V or 230V and 24V, depending on the version. This model is ideal for camper vans, Motorhomes, and other vehicles requiring an autonomous system. It can operate alone or be coupled with a forced air heating system, such as the Autoterm Air 2D or Autoterm Air 4D models. In this configuration, the water is heated by the warm air circulating inside the water heater, thus optimizing energy consumption.
Warning : The operating pressure of this model is 2.3 bar or less. Please check the compatibility of your pump and, if necessary, install a pressure reducer set to 2.3 bar to ensure safe and optimal operation.
Installation:
Bleed the water heater to ensure there is no air left in the circuit. Install the water heater in the correct orientation, with the valve facing down. Also, do not start your water heater if it is empty!

Installation Advice:
For optimal use in summer, install a 60 mm Y bypass fitting for the 2D model or a 90 mm one for the 4D model. This system allows hot air to be diverted outside the vehicle when you do not need to heat the cabin.
Compatibility:
With its power supply options in 230V / 12V or 230V / 24V, this water heater adapts to various energy sources available in vehicles. It is also compatible with Autoterm Air forced air heaters, and for optimal installation with the Air 2D model, the adapter AT2-0006-AA0 is recommended.
Note:
Choose the Pundmann 6L water heater with 2 resistances for a high-performance hot water solution adaptable to your needs, whether autonomous or as a complement to a forced air heating system.
For Autoterm Air 2D forced air heaters, we recommend the 69934 adapter.
Important Information:
You must have a pump (water group) to use your water heater. If this pump exceeds 2.3 bar, a pressure reducer will be necessary.
