Description
The VanCool 140L combines 112 L of refrigeration and 28 L of freezer space at -18 °C in a width of 52 cm. Wancool compressor, around 30 W in normal use, 35 dB in Night mode.

The 140L is 123 cm tall with the removable feet taken off, 126 cm with the feet. For more volume at the same width, see the VanCool 170L; for a narrower recess (41 cm), the VanCool 150L Slim.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Does the fridge run on 230V?
A: Not directly: it is powered by 12V or 24V. On mains power (campsite, home), connect it via the 230V-12V adapter.
Q: Can it replace my old fridge?
A: It is designed to replace the Thetford N41xx and N2175, and the Dometic RCL 10.5 XT and RM 8555. Check that the recess can take 123 × 52 × 49 cm with the feet removed (126 cm tall with feet). It connects directly to 12V, with no gas.
Q: How much does it draw from the battery?
A: Around 30 W in normal use, 60 W at most. Allow for a 12V battery of at least 100 Ah, ideally 200 Ah if other equipment is connected to it.
Q: Do I need to keep the feet?
A: No, they are removable: without them, the height goes from 126.5 to 123 cm.
Q: Is the fridge approved for use in vehicles?
A: Yes, it has ECE R10 approval (electromagnetic compatibility), and its certificate is accepted throughout Europe. The certificate is issued by TÜV.
