• Return fees: €19/parcel (France) or €24/parcel (Europe & UK)
• Refund within 14 days after return validation (to the original payment method for returns within 14 days, as store credit beyond that)

Windows over 120 cm in length must be returned by the customer’s own means to: ALD TRADING / WE RETHINK – 75 Rue Rateau, Bâtiment B7 – 93120 La Courneuve, France. Traceable service required.
