View the full guide →A rooflight is chosen by its cut-out size (the hole in the roof), never by the outer frame. Then: standard or fan, then permanent ventilation or not.
1. Which cut-out size?

The frame extends beyond the cut-out (by up to +13 cm in width and +11 cm in height, depending on the model). For a replacement, measure the existing cut-out, not the visible frame.
2. Standard or fan rooflight?
- Rooflight: a glazed hatch that opens by hand. Light and ventilation – the default choice.
- Fan rooflight: a 12V fan that extracts or blows in air, even when closed and in the rain. Ideal against heat, cooking steam or shower humidity.
3. Permanent ventilation
A small opening that stays open at all times, even with the rooflight closed: it prevents condensation and mould, and it is required for VASP certification. Available on the 40×40 STYLE (equipped version, 100 cm²), the PANORAMA LED 50×70 (150 cm²), the PANORAMA SLIM 3 LED (140 to 226 cm² depending on size) and the VANVENT (kit included).

Panorama rooflights
Both with LED lighting and ECE R43 approved. The SLIM protrudes only 6 cm above the roof and is fitted without an adapter frame; integrated blackout blind and fly screen.

Installation: with Sikaflex 552AT (or the Sika pack for rooflights). Most models need no adapter frame: the roof corrugations are filled with Sika 831E. The Skydome is not ECE R43 approved.
