SIKA Primer 507 is a surface preparation product designed to improve the adhesion of adhesives on a wide variety of substrates: metals (vehicle bodywork), glass (windscreens), painted surfaces and plastics.
About Primer 507
To be applied to a clean, dry surface free of dust and grease, SIKA Primer 507 is suitable for metals (vehicle bodywork), glass (windscreens), painted surfaces and plastics.
This new-generation primer replaces SIKA Primer 207 and complies with current standards thanks to a composition containing less than 0.1% diisocyanate monomers, meaning no REACH safety training is required.
SIKA has been established in France since 1932 and offers innovative solutions in many fields: industry, marine, automotive, concrete, roofing, repair, sealing and bonding. With more than 1200 employees, the French subsidiary draws on recognised expertise.
Application
- Shake the bottle well until you hear the metal ball, then continue shaking for one minute.
- Then apply a thin coat with a brush. A single application is sufficient.
- Recommended temperature: between 15 and 25 °C.
- Average coverage: 50 mL per m².
